Welcome to the Flotilla 11-05 Web site. We are located in Ontario, Oregon on the Snake River. This Web site is provided as a resource for boaters, Auxiliary members, and potential members in the Treasure Valley area of southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho. Flotilla 11-05 meets on the third Thursday of the month at the Malheur County Library in Ontario, Oregon unless otherwise noted in the "calendar". Meetings commence at 7:30 PM. The public is invited to attend and new members are always welcome.
Our MissionThe mission of the Coast Guard Auxiliary is to facilitate recreational boating safety and to support the Coast Guard in all of its missions except military and law enforcement actions. Over 34,000 volunteer Auxiliarists, nation-wide, actively patrol our waterways and regularly meet with the boating public at marinas and in classrooms. Auxiliarists also serve side-by-side with active duty members of the Coast Guard team at their stations and in times of disaster.
Flotilla 11-05 ProfileAn Auxiliary Flotilla consists of an elected Flotilla Commander (Andy Peace) and Vice-Flotilla Commander (Allan MacLean), various appointed Staff-Officer positions and the general membership.
